Our Team

Quinn is a Northwest Arkansas native and experienced angel investor who now leads the 412 Angels program at Endeavor Heartland. Before returning to the region, he managed an angel investor syndicate in Wichita. Quinn played a key role in launching and growing 412 Angels, and continues to drive our mission forward under Endeavor Heartland, advancing entrepreneurial growth across Northwest Arkansas and Tulsa.

Canem is the founding Executive Director of Endeavor Heartland, where she has led efforts to support high-impact entrepreneurs across the region since 2019. With 20 years of finance experience, she previously held senior roles at Axonic Capital and Goldman Sachs, specializing in credit risk and financial structuring. Born in Istanbul and raised in New York, Canem now lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she is deeply engaged in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She serves on several regional boards and is a passionate advocate for food allergy research.
